Official Contest Rules

Last updated: July 29, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A DONATION DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. The Wildfire Fundraising Sweepstakes (the "Contest") is sponsored by DoGood Dog Rescue (the "Sponsor"), 2 Bloor St W, Suite 700, Toronto, ON M4W 3E2.

2. Contest Period. The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be accepted. Mail-in entry requests must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2026 and received within seven (7) days of the close of the Contest Period.

3. Eligibility. The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence (18 years of age or older) at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, and volunteers of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter — Donation. During the Contest Period, each $10 donation made through the Sponsor's official campaign on Zeffy equals one (1) entry, up to the entry limit described below. When donating, note your chosen square (for example, A4) with your donation.

5. How to Enter — Free Mail-In (No Purchase Necessary). You may enter without making a donation by submitting one (1) mail-in request in a single envelope, which may request up to three (3) entries (the maximum entry limit). Your request must include your full name, email address, mailing address, and a short essay explaining your interest or passion in animal welfare. Mail your envelope to: 2 Bloor St W, Suite 700, Toronto, ON M4W 3E2.

6. Entry Limit. Entries are strictly capped at three (3) entries per person across all entry methods combined. Any entries received from a person beyond this limit will be void.

7. Prizes. Prizes are donated by campaign supporters and are currently being finalized. The final prize list will be announced on the Sponsor's campaign page before the draw. There will be multiple winners: the number of winners will equal the number of prizes announced, with one prize awarded per draw and a limit of one (1) prize per person. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

8. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

9. Winner Selection. Following the close of the Contest Period, winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries. Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question, which will be administered by email, and must have complied with these Contest rules. Selected entrants will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of entry, and must respond within five (5) business days of the first contact attempt; otherwise, the selected entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be drawn. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the publication of their name and city of residence in Contest-related announcements, without further compensation.

10. General. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Personal information collected from entrants is used solely to administer the Contest and to contact winners, and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Contact. Questions about the Contest or these rules may be directed to the Sponsor at info@dogg.ca.
